Design Intern

We’re on the lookout for a Design Intern ready to jump into the world of digital design and get hands-on experience. You’ll help bring creative ideas to life, turning concepts into polished, eye-catching visuals using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This isn’t just theory – you’ll get a real taste of what it’s like to work in the design industry. From brainstorming to pixel-perfect refinement, you’ll collaborate with our design lead to craft user-focused, visually striking assets that make an impact.

Here are some of the qualifications that we’re looking for:

• You can assist in translating brand concepts to clean, pixel-perfect visual designs.
• You have familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• You have an understanding of basic UI/UX principles and visual consistency.
• You’re eager to learn and willing to iterate based on feedback.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative design environment.
• You’re curious about user experience and keen on enhancing usability.
• You’re proactively looking to refine your craft.
• You have or are developing a portfolio.

Design Intern Requirements:

• You’re based out of Ontario, Canada and actively enrolled in a post-secondary course that requires real-world experience hours.
• You’re passionate about visual design and eager to grow your skills.
• You have working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
• You understand basic design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• You’re detail-oriented and able to meet creative deadlines.
